Features:

The automatic flaring machine is heated by a single oven. When expanding the pipe, the movement of the pipe adopts the translation method, and the movement is stable and accurate, and it is not easy to damage the pipe.
The rise and fall of the tailstock is completed by the electric mechanism, and the control system of the heating furnace is controlled by the intelligent temperature control table.
The cooling method adopts water cooling + internal vacuum setting method.
The forming methods are all shaped by the expanding head, and the forming size of the nozzle is accurate. This model is equipped with a changeover switch for solvent expansion type socket (straight port) and elastic sealing ring type socket (R port) on the control panel.
The main electrical control components are imported components, and the system performance is stable
