In addition, PVC plastic pipes can also be used underground as gas extraction ports at coal mine sites, as underground ventilation ports, and for laying pipes in underground coal mines. Its application range is very wide.

Smaller PVC plastic pipes are mainly used as household water pipes, medium-sized ones can be used as urban groundwater pipes, and those with the largest diameter can be used as water pipes for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. There is also a smaller PVC plastic pipe that can be used as a power transmission pipe.

1. If there is a problem with the thermocouple or fan, it will cause the barrel to overheat locally and cause the product to turn yellow, that is, burn and turn yellow. Solution: Check whether the thermocouples in each area of ​​the barrel are working properly and whether the fans in each area are operating normally.

2. If the oil circuit is blocked, the friction heat of the screw cannot be effectively discharged, which will cause the screw to overheat and cause the material to decompose and turn yellow. Solution: Check whether the heat transfer oil of the screw is sufficient, whether the oil pump is working properly, and whether the oil pipe is blocked.

3. In the case of severe screw wear, the gap between the screw and the barrel becomes larger, and the screw's ability to push the material becomes worse, which will cause the material to reflux in the barrel, so that the material will be heated for a longer time inside the barrel, resulting in yellowing. Solution: You can check and adjust the screw gap or replace the screw.
