What is the WPC?
Wood-plastic composites (WPC) are composite materials made of wood elements combined with plastic fibers. WPC can be made entirely from recycled materials and plastic powder obtained from wood product manufacturing facilities. Also known as composite lumber, WPC is widely used in the construction of exterior deck floors, prefabricated houses, park benches, door frames, and both indoor and outdoor furniture.

PE WPC Decking working process:
Step A: Mix wood flour, PE pellets and other raw materials
Use parallel screw extruder to make WPC PE granules(use PE pellets,wood flour etc.)
Step B: Extrusion machine
Use conical twin screw extruder to make different decking(one extrusion line can work with 3-4 sets moulds).
Step C:Surface treatment
According to your product design,you can carry out surface treatment such as embossing,sanding,brushing...
Step D: Package
This WPC production line can not only produce decking, but also can produce door frames,fence,veranda,chairs...
