How to produce pvc corrugated sheet:
First, the PVC resin particles are pretreated, including crushing, sieving, mixing and other processes to ensure the quality and uniformity of the raw materials. Then, the pretreated PVC resin particles are mixed with auxiliary ingredients such as fillers, pigments, plasticizers, etc. in a certain proportion to make them fully integrated. The mixed raw materials enter the extruder for extrusion molding, and the width of the extruded sheet is generally 2-3 meters.
The extruded sheet needs to undergo a series of subsequent processing to become our common resin tile. First, the extruded sheet is cut to make its length meet the actual needs. Then, the cut sheet is pressed, that is, it is placed on the mold and formed into a wavy surface by heating and pressure. The purpose of this step is to make the surface of the resin tile present a natural corrugated texture, improve its aesthetics and compressive resistance. The pressed sheet enters the constant temperature and humidity equipment for curing, so that the PVC molecular chains inside it are gradually cross-linked, thereby improving its hardness and strength.
