PUR laminating for PVC WPC profile machines:
1. After the PVC WPC profile is laminated and compounded, with good formability and no rebound. The cooling time after lamination is about 10 minutes;the adhesive strength is high and the curing time is fast
2.Fast speed, 0-30 meters; the glue used per square meter is about 30 grams. There is no need to clean the glue box, and it is more stable and environmentally friendly to use.
Cold glue laminating for PVC WPC profile machines:
1. After the PVC wpc profile is coated and compounded, has good formability, no rebound phenomenon, slow opening time, and is prone to bubbles during the opening time.
2.The speed is 0-16 meters, and the glue used per square meter is about 130 grams. It is troublesome to clean the glue box and smells bad. Working for a long time is not good for the employees' health and has poor stability.
